Environmental Contingency Plans
Many Industrial and Non-Industrial entities are required to have any number of environmental contingency plans. These plans are usually required where liquid hazardous materials are handled and stored.
Foremost has compiled numerous plans and has devised means to combine the regulatory requirements of many plans into a single Emergency Response Plan document. A partial list of plan requirements includes:
- Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for Oil Pollution Prevention in 40 CFR 112
- RCRA Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures for Hazardous Wastes in 40 CFR 264 and/or 265
- Emergency Response Plans and Fire Prevention Plans according to 29 CFR 1910.38 and 1910.120(q) requirements
- 40 CFR 401/403 Slug Prevention Plans
